We invite you to travel with us to Japan and learn about Lean production in action. It originated there and has been successful there for decades.
Toyota's Production System (TPS) aims to maximize quality, minimize costs and lead time by eliminating waste. It is done with your own hands without capital investment. Today, the Lean production concept is used by thousands of manufacturing companies and organizations that are not even related to industry.

The exclusive program includes:

Intensive workshop by Toyota Engineering Corporation

the basic principles of Lean Production and why
it works successfully worldwide
; lecturers are TEC employees who were at the origin of Lean production, and have been implementing it in businesses around Asia, Europe, America, and Australia for over 50 years.

VISIT TO A TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION SITE AND ITS SUPPLIER COMPANY

that has ensured for many years that Toyota's stringent requirements are consistently met with high quality and precision-accurate deliveries.

Visit the Toyota Museum of Industry & Technology

located in a building that was the birthplace of Toyota Group, showcasing the evolution of Toyota technology from looms to cars, then to robots.

about the culture of ancient and modern Japan.

Reducing the cost of production

Reducing the cost of production is a dream for any manufacturer

Saving all types of resources while
maintaining quality and productivity is key to business rentability.Consultants usually offer high-tech solutions (and the global market for cost reduction services is growing by 10%annually). Artificial intelligence, robotics and digitalization are good strategies, but they are very expensive and risky.

Another strategy

(does not exclude the first one, but is its most productive basis): optimizing all production
processes based on existing technological base - using Lean production practices. More than 60 years ago, Toyota developed the core principles of this approach, and it has made Toyota one of the most successful automotive manufacturers in the world. Thanks to its focus on quality and reliability with low production costs, Toyota has been able to offer lower prices, which has helped it conquer the global market and maintain its stability even during
times of market decline.
