15th LEAN PRODUCTION tour

registerLearn More

We invite you to travel with us to Japan and learn about Lean production in action. It originated there and has been successful there for decades.
Toyota's Production System (TPS) aims to maximize quality, minimize costs and lead time by eliminating waste. It is done with your own hands without capital investment. Today, the Lean production concept is used by thousands of manufacturing companies and organizations that are not even related to industry.

Reducing the cost of production

Reducing the cost of production is a dream for any manufacturer

Saving all types of resources while
maintaining quality and productivity is key to business rentability.Consultants usually offer high-tech solutions (and the global market for cost reduction services is growing by 10%annually). Artificial intelligence, robotics and digitalization are good strategies, but they are very expensive and risky.

Another strategy

(does not exclude the first one, but is its most productive basis): optimizing all production
processes based on existing technological base - using Lean production practices. More than 60 years ago, Toyota developed the core principles of this approach, and it has made Toyota one of the most successful automotive manufacturers in the world. Thanks to its focus on quality and reliability with low production costs, Toyota has been able to offer lower prices, which has helped it conquer the global market and maintain its stability even during
times of market decline.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRIP (not to be missed):

They created the System and implemented it worldwide for 30 years.
